Cloud Infrastructure & Canary Stability * Implemented an authenticated, organization-scoped DELETE contract to safely recover stale managed canaries under lifecycle advisory locks (elizaos/eliza#17173). * Restored test coverage for lifecycle releases by fixing regressions in schema and transaction-boundary tracking (elizaos/eliza#17169).
