* Implemented a secure, authenticated DELETE contract to safely recover stale managed agents (elizaos/eliza#17173). * Added structured diagnostic classifications for lifecycle conflicts and failure reporting (elizaos/eliza#17189, elizaos/eliza#17188). * Deployed read-only diagnostic workflows for staging environments to inspect canary states without triggering mutations (elizaos/eliza#17186, elizaos/eliza#17187).

Testing & Lifecycle Recovery

* Restored critical test coverage for lifecycle releases, resolving regressions related to schema and transaction-boundary changes (elizaos/eliza#17169).
