Cloud Infrastructure & Backup Systems * Established a durable backup admission authority to manage agent backups and work enrollment by shard (elizaos/eliza#29662, elizaos/eliza#29694). * Deployed bounded claimant/recovery authority to prevent shard starvation during backup operations (elizaos/eliza#29781). * Strengthened billing and account deletion policies to ensure data consistency and preserve cancellation receipts (elizaos/eliza#29651).

CI/CD and Staging Reliability * Restored and stabilized critical CI/CD contracts, including HMR, runtime, and visual/OCR testing (elizaos/eliza#30071). * Implemented protected staging operators and latency certification workflows to improve deployment reliability (elizaos/eliza#30048, elizaos/eliza#30044). * Refined staging bootstrap logic to provide identifier-free evidence and clearer error classification (elizaos/eliza#30108, elizaos/eliza#30100).

Inference & Provider Security * Enforced unified account-standing checks across all provider dispatches to ensure fail-closed security behavior (elizaos/eliza#29984, elizaos/eliza#29977). * Aligned plugin-pty and module dependencies to prevent runtime failures in isolated environments (elizaos/eliza#29971).
