Agent Orchestration & Coding Tools * Enhanced agent autonomy by implementing a gated lane planner, background shell session management, and hardened `WEB_FETCH`/`WEB_SEARCH` actions (elizaos/eliza#16454, elizaos/eliza#16495). * Improved coding agent performance through curated memory and recurring PR shepherd tasks (elizaos/eliza#16536).

Cloud Infrastructure & Voice Services * Resolved critical cloud deployment failures, including 503 errors in STT and voice bridge issues, while improving provider selection and node persistence (elizaos/eliza#16487, elizaos/eliza#16548). * Expanded voice capabilities with opt-in Deepgram batch STT support (elizaos/eliza#16525).

Account Management & UI Polish * Increased system observability by deploying a new command-center table and consumer metering (elizaos/eliza#16399). * Optimized account pool strategies and refined UI components for settings and wallet views to improve user experience (elizaos/eliza#16488, elizaos/eliza#16540).
